So, Halloween overseas is actually pretty fun. The embassy or consulate usually throws a party for employees and their families. There's always trick-or-treating, the kids visit each office/section, and get just the right amount of candy, and it's all indoors!
This year Caroline was a dinosaur Rex. She was a little hesitant at a few of the doors, but the other kids were nice and shared their candy with her if she was too scared to ask. She LOVED the pumpkin craft time (pipe cleaner ends stick perfectly into pumpkins, by the way!). All-in-all, a very nice Halloween here.

Lovely! That's a word I would never have associated with a Halloween celebration, but that's a perfect word to describe yours.
